Your curriculum, as you teach it
An experience is your path through a discipline: which skills, at which tier, with the prerequisites you set. The platform never overrules how you teach.
Publish the path you teach, take students through it in person and online, verify each skill when they can do it, and sell session packs, subscriptions and event tickets with payments built in. Getting in needs an invite code, and that starts with an application.

When a student can do a skill, you sign it off. The card carries your name, and it stays with the student wherever they go next.
Build a student a practice sheet, and their logged drills land on their cards as XP. You see who is showing up before they walk in.
Session packs, subscriptions and event tickets, all paid through Stripe. You set the prices. Single sessions and consults are listed with a price, and clients message you to book.
QR check-in, receipts, sale notifications, waivers sent for signature, and a wallet that shows what came in.
Teaching is the same tool whether you call yourself an instructor, coach or educator. You choose the title students see.
Each one is live today. What it is, and how you use it.
Your curriculum as a tiered skill path under a discipline, with a page students find in Explore and join, and a group chat for everyone in it.
How you use it: Create it from Home, add skills from your disciplines, and set each skill's tier and prerequisites. It is live as soon as you create it and shows in Explore once a skill sits above Tier 0. Students who join appear on your roster.
Sign off a skill you have seen a student do. It becomes a verified tier on their card with your name on it.
How you use it: Open a student from your roster and verify the skill, or select several and verify them together. Each sign-off is its own record under your name.
Drills with sets, reps, tempo and load, in four formats, with session times, scores and interval timers for work and rest. Draft them by hand or with an AI assistant, then edit.
How you use it: Open a student from your roster and build them a dated sheet. They log it from their Practice tab, and completed drills add XP to the skills they drill.
Online lessons with video, text and drills. Students earn XP on the same skills they practice with you in person.
How you use it: Build the course in the editor and save it. The listing is public, so visitors can read it without an account and unlock it once they sign up.
Workshops, classes, jams and shows with tickets, multi-day agendas, Stripe checkout and QR check-in.
How you use it: Create the event, publish it to Explore, scan tickets at the door. Guests can buy a paid ticket without an account, unless the event is marked 18+.
Your time for sale: private lessons, coaching, mentoring, assessments and consults, with session packs and subscriptions on top.
How you use it: List an offering with a description and add priced plans. Clients buy a pack or a subscription through Stripe, or message you to arrange a single session.
A recurring plan on one of your offerings, charged through Stripe each cycle.
How you use it: Add a subscription plan to an offering and set its price and billing interval. The platform fee comes out of each cycle.
Stripe Connect payouts to your bank. Ticket money is held until a week after the event ends, which leaves room for refunds under your event's refund policy and for disputes.
How you use it: Connect Stripe from Settings. Sales and held funds appear in your wallet.
Send a document, waiver or form for a student to fill and sign, and keep the signed copy.
How you use it: Attach it to an event, course or offering, or send it to a student straight from your roster or to an email address. The emailed link works without signing in.
A notification for every ticket sold and every new student, in the app and as a push notification, plus one email per order and one per new student when email is on.
How you use it: Choose what you want per category in Settings.
The limits, before you find them yourself.
Instructor accounts are gated by an invite code. Apply on the home page; we read every application and reply by email. The owner of an experience that hosts you can also share their invite code, which switches on teaching and sends them a co-teach request to accept.
You set the prices. The platform takes one flat fee per order: added on top for the buyer on one-off purchases, taken out of each cycle on subscriptions. Payouts run through Stripe Connect.
Ticket revenue is held until seven days after the event ends before it pays out. That window is there so refunds under your event's policy, and any disputes, can be settled before the money moves.
After costs, what is left of the platform's fees is shared among those actively teaching. The ledger exists, and that pool is zero today. Nobody has been paid from it yet.
Apply through the form on the home page, or email Robert@Arsclepius.com. If an experience on the platform hosts you, its owner can give you their invite code, which switches on teaching and asks them to accept you as a co-instructor.
Yes. An experience files under a main discipline and can span more than one, and you can run as many experiences as you teach.
To receive a verified card, yes: the card is written to their profile. For a paid event that is not marked 18+, anyone can buy a ticket as a guest without an account.
Yes. Offerings are available on every professional account, whether or not you publish an experience. Session packs and subscriptions sell through Stripe; a single session takes an inquiry by message.
A Stripe account connected from Settings. Stripe handles identity checks, bank details and the payouts themselves.
Yes. The sheet editor can draft a day or a full sheet from your description. In the composer you edit the draft before you save it; a day rewrite on a live sheet saves straight away and can be undone. Nothing is assigned without you.
