Arsclepius builds the infrastructure that hands-on crafts never got. Skills that are verified by real people and travel with you. A safety culture honest enough to say what went wrong and what was done about it. And a way to make a experience measured in years feel like something you can actually see yourself climbing.
We think the people who teach these crafts should be able to make a living doing it. That's not a feature. That's the reason the platform exists.
How it works
Skills become cards
Every skill you learn becomes a card, verified by the instructor who watched you do it. The verification carries their name and their reputation. Your cards travel with you between instructors, schools, and cities.
Practice grows a pet
Each discipline you practise grows a pet in its own habitat. It thrives when you practice and fades when you stop. Growing one all the way takes three to five years of real dedication. Cards show what you can do. Your pet shows you kept showing up.
Lessons online, sessions in person
Digital courses cover theory and drills. In-person sessions with instructors are where the craft actually transfers. Both feed the same progress: XP, levels, and skill cards in one place.

Skill cards
Each card names the person who verified it, and their reputation stands behind it.
Your pet and habitat
A living record of your practice. It grows when you log sessions, attend events, and finish lessons. It fades when you stop.
Partners and events near you
Find practice partners, workshops, and courses. Say what you practice and who you're looking for.
Progress that travels
Move cities or switch instructors, and your verified skills come with you. A new instructor sees what you know and who vouched for it.
For instructors
Hosting is by application
Credentials matter less than practice. We look for instructors who live what's in the Resources: consent, attunement, and honest work with risk.
Run your teaching in one place
Events, courses, subscriptions, and 1:1 sessions with payments, ticketing, and check-in built in. You set the prices and keep what you charge. Ticket money is released a week after each event, so there is room for refunds first.
Log sessions, feed progress
Record what a session covered and it lands on your students' skill cards as XP. Assign practice sheets and see what they worked on between sessions.
An instructor pet
Your pet reflects your teaching, not your training. It thrives while you're actively working with students.
The revenue share
What you earn from your own events, courses, and sessions is yours. On top of that, after costs, a share of Arsclepius's own profit is distributed to instructors. Half is split evenly among everyone actively teaching, so nobody is left with nothing. Half tracks contribution, so more time and more students means more back. You have to be teaching to collect. Nobody earns a share for showing up with buzzwords.
For performers
Performing is by invitation
Performer access is invite-only while we build it out with working performers. If you perform and want in, get in touch.
Any performing craft
Models, aerialists, singers, dancers, any craft you perform. Say what you do, and hosts putting together events can find you and book you for their lineups.
Your own shows and offerings
Sell tickets to shows you put on and take bookings for what you offer, with payments and check-in built in. You set the prices and keep what you charge. Ticket money is released a week after the show.
An Experience that vouches for you
Your Experience shows skills verified by named people, and your pet shows whether you're still practicing. Anyone thinking of booking you sees both.
Safety
These crafts carry real risk. Our safety culture starts from not if something happens, but when. Pretending otherwise is how people get hurt twice.
When something goes wrong, the platform should not be the one deciding what happened. Serious disputes belong with independent professionals: mediators, social workers, therapists. We are contracting that support properly and it is not in place yet, so we say so rather than imply a panel exists. Arsclepius records what an outside professional determines. It does not sit in judgment.
If you need help right now, please go to a local service rather than waiting on us. We would rather send you somewhere real than keep you here.
A verified skill card means a named person vouched for a specific competency. It is not a safety certificate, and no one here is "platform approved." Read the Resources on consent, risk, and repair. They are the standard we hold ourselves to.
When something does happen, report an incident. One address, read by a person, answered within 3 days. Nothing about it is stored on the platform.

Deeper ladders
The disciplines are live. Their depth is not equal yet. Shibari has the most complete skill ladder, fitness is close behind, and the rest fill in as instructors build them out. If you teach one of them, that work is the part we most want help with.
